Please download and complete the RFP by clicking the "Download the YAB RFP" link below and saving it to your computer.
Once you have completed the RFP, submit it to the Youth Advisory Board electronically by clicking the "Complete RFP" link on the top header, followed by clicking the browse button to find your file. Please save the file w/ your name, state, the name of your organization, tax ID #, and amount requested. All RFP's are due by October 12th, 2007.
