The State Farm Youth Advisory Board will use the following rubric in scoring grant proposals. We encourage you to review this rubric to help determine how your proposed project might be ranked. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLETE THIS RUBRIC. IT IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION ONLY.
For each of the categories below, please check whether the application is advanced, above average, average, or below average. Next, total the application score for each category, assigning each check a numerical value as follows: advanced=4, above average=3, average=2, below average=1. Finally, record the application’s numerical score for each category on the cover sheet.
Please place a check in each category where the applicant has demonstrated high service and/or integrated learning as it relates to the Service Learning Quadrant. Next, award two points for each category checked.
