Kidz Bite Back is a kid-created, kid-led, kid-spread movement. We are a generation of Tampa Bay youth that is targeting back industries that have been targeting kids for decades – Big Fat Industries and Couch Potato Companies.

More than 250 kid leaders have trained more than 2,500 4th and 5th graders on how Big Fat Industries target kids with billions in marketing, advertising and free toys to get us to eat and drink their stuff all the time; and how Couch Potato Companies try to get kids to watch TV and play video games all day, everyday. We’re not telling anyone not to eat and drink Big Fat Industries stuff, or not to watch TV and play video games – but we want everyone to do it only in moderation.

We’re going to be the generation of kids that turns it around – helping each other be more healthy and much smarter about how companies target kids without regard for our health. We’re Kidz, and we’re biting back!
